Yoga posture practice is more than stretching, aligning and creating straight lines through the body. Every yoga posture has a spiral dynamic which breathes life into your practice and protects vulnerable joints like knees, elbows and the lower back. By activating the spirals in the hands, arms, feet and legs a deep integration of the whole body is invited.  The workshop is taught in two parts. The morning session will teach you how to activate the spiral dynamic in  a flow of simple, symmetrical postures.  The afternoon session consists of a guided exploration of how the spiral dynamic works in your body. The afternoon closes with a short flow of seated, supine and inverted postures landing you softly in savasana.
