A full day workshop open to all from beginner yogis to meditation masters (or vice versa).

Our common sense understanding of the words “yoga” and “meditation” suggest that they are two separate things: One of the body and one of the mind. But as begin to practice either one, we find a deeper unity at their core. This one-day workshop introduces you to the dynamic yoga training method as a way to facilitate meditation in movement. We move from the obvious movements to more subtle ones as we gradually come to stilness in seated meditation towards the end of the day.

10.00-13.00: Movement meditation

a three hour flow of simple and accessible postures taking you deep into your experience of the body as unity

14.00-17.00: Stilness meditation

three rounds of seated meditation bridged by gentle posture practices on your back takes you deeper into stilness
