Learn how to practice backbends while protetcting your lower back. Two slow, deep yoga classes will leave plenty of room for inquiry. As the backbends get deeper, alternatives will be suggested to those who have reached the limit of their capacity. The workshop ends in seated meditation. Tea and smoothie is served in the break.
