Pranayama and yoga posture practice
There is many a myth out there on what the breath should be doing in yoga posture practice, and much confusion on how to apply the breath when moving. This workshop will take you on a journey into a deep experience of your own breath. Without distracting you with borrowed dogma you will be invited to experience for your self how to release the breath in action and enjoy the benefits of free, conscious breathing in yoga posture practice.
Suitable for all posture practitioners, from those who have much experience to those to have very little.

Inspiring and supportive, she is able to invite practitioners of all experience to go deeper into their own nature safely and effectively, while bringing new, liberating insights from the mat into daily life. She began formal Yoga teacher training in Sydney, Australia by completing 1000hrs in 2001. Since 2004 she has been studying the Dynamic Yoga Training Method closely with its originator Godfri Devereux, and has completed 10,000 hrs in a Teachers Apprenticeship with him. She is one of only two certified Senior Trainers of the Method
