A sweet, nourishing beginning of your holiday.  Our Christmas day flow invites you to feel and honour what is here. We will be exploring the area around ribcage, shoulders, breath and heart with sensitive and subtle movements inspired by Fascial Flow. Little structured sequences awaken your sensitivity and longer open flows allow you to deepen your enquiry into following the wisdom of your own body. The class lands in a long relaxation and seated meditation. After the practice we dedicate the last 15 minutes to share with each other over a warm drink.
