The Spiral Vinyasa is a mindfully flowing yoga posture practice supporting you in moving with ease on the yoga ma as well as in daily life. The course teaches you a series of spiraling flows inviting a natural strength and tensional integrity (tensegrity). This organic type of yoga flow is inspired by developmental movements that your body know from the first 13 months of life. Week by week we develop a new embodied orientation your practice, taking you beyond the rectangular square of a yoga mat and into a moving, breathing, feeling world of movement. The spiral vinyasa is a gentle invitation to recover your body´s original strength, mobility and inherent delight. A course with lots of new inspiration if you love yoga in flow.
The course is taught in Danish or English as required. It consists of three parts that can be booked individually or together as you see fit.

Spiral Vinyasa level 1:
4-week course playing with the spirals i a continouus vinyasa flow. Open to all who like flow based yoga or other flowing movement and want to learn more.
