Yoga invites us to enquire into our deepest nature (svadhyaya). Driven by a need for security we sometimes allow this enquiry to depend on external authorities, principles or schools. But underneath the noisy surface of opinions, pre-packaged thinking, and expert-authority lays an inner compass that never fails: Your body and the ability to feel it. Two long, slow flowing yoga classes will sensitize, move and replenish your body and introduce you to the teacher within.
The workshop consists of two 3.hour classes taking place on the evening of the 3rd and the 4th of july. Each class is three hours long and includes pranayama, asana, relaxation and meditation. The two classes can be booked independently if need be.
